Learning & teaching

When curiosity becomes a deeper practice.

How to think about your next step, from a focused workshop to yoga teacher training.

Yoga training practice at OMIYOGA

Name the question you want to explore.

Would you like to spend more time with a particular technique, understand the ideas behind your practice, or consider teaching? These are different intentions. Naming yours can help you compare a regular class, a focused workshop and a longer training programme.

Look beyond the course title.

Ask about the curriculum, entry requirements, teaching team and expected time commitment. If teaching is your intention, discuss practice teaching, assessment and the certificate awarded. Confirm any external registration requirements with the relevant organisation rather than assuming they follow automatically.

Choose the commitment with care.

OMIYOGA’s published offerings include a 200-hour Hatha Yoga Teacher Training Programme and focused training opportunities. Dates, places and enrolment conditions can change. Speak with the team about the current intake and your experience before making a commitment.
