A meaningful practice begins with what you would like to explore. OMIYOGA offers yoga, mat Pilates and apparatus Pilates, with small-group and private options. Consider your experience, preferred pace and interests, then share these with our team. Together, we can explore the relevant classes and confirm what is available at your preferred location.

There is room to begin gently. In our timetable, B means Basic and beginner-friendly; I and A identify intermediate and advanced classes. Choose a suitable foundation class, or ask us about a private introduction. Let your teacher know that you are new, so your first steps begin from a shared understanding of your experience.

Our small-group format brings together 4–8 people, creating an intimate setting for shared practice. The intention is to leave room for observation, questions and considered guidance, while respecting each student’s pace. For a lesson centred entirely on your own goals and progress, explore our 1:1 private sessions.

Look for training relevant to the practice you wish to study, alongside teaching experience and approach. OMIYOGA’s published yoga training information lists Naomi Chan’s E-RYT 500 credential. For a particular yoga or Pilates class, ask us about the assigned teacher’s background, specialism and teaching style, so your choice rests on a clear understanding.

A regular practice begins with a time you can return to. Consult the latest timetable for sessions that suit your day, including any lunchtime options currently listed. You can filter by class or teacher. Before booking, check the location, start time and duration, allowing practice to find its place among your other commitments.

Availability depends on the selected session. If your preferred class cannot be booked, contact us on WhatsApp to explore another suitable time or class.

Please confirm the minimum attendance and cancellation arrangements for your chosen class before booking. A small-group format does not, by itself, establish a one-person class policy. For time dedicated to your own practice, our 1:1 private sessions offer a separate format, with the lesson planned around your personal goals and progress.

Depth begins with a considered foundation. OMIYOGA’s published inversion and arm-balance teacher training includes handstand practice. To explore current options for handstands, arm balances or backbends, share your experience and goals with us. We can discuss the relevant programme, its prerequisites and the next available opportunity, so the next step is appropriate to your practice.

OMIYOGA’s published private-lesson options include Reformer and Stability Chair. Before booking, confirm the apparatus, studio location and lesson format with our team. The choice can then be considered alongside your experience and learning priorities. A private session offers scope to shape the lesson around your own pace and the areas you would like to explore.
