Shared wellbeing

Make room for your people.

Thoughtful questions for planning a private group class or a workplace wellbeing experience.

A shared moment with the OMIYOGA community

Start with the people in the room.

Before selecting an activity, consider who will attend, their familiarity with movement and how much time they can set aside. Participation should feel like an invitation. Give people a clear description of the experience so they can decide whether it suits them.

Let the setting shape the session.

OMIYOGA welcomes enquiries for private group sessions, corporate collaborations and employee wellbeing activities. Discuss the group size, preferred language, venue and practical arrangements before agreeing on a format. A studio visit and an activity in an office can have quite different requirements.

Leave space for a thoughtful follow-up.

After the session, invite optional feedback about the experience and what people might like next. One activity can be a useful beginning; a continuing programme should respond to the team’s interests, availability and budget. Confirm the scope and quotation directly with OMIYOGA.
