Private practice
The quiet value of individual attention.
A closer look at 1:1 yoga and Pilates, where the conversation begins with your own pace and priorities.

A conversation before a programme.
A private lesson begins with context: what you have practised, what interests you and what you would like to explore. You do not need an ambitious goal to start. A clear conversation gives the teacher and student a shared point of departure.
Time shaped around one person.
OMIYOGA’s 1:1 options include yoga, mat Pilates and apparatus Pilates. The private format makes room for questions, observation and an individual pace. Ask the team about the teacher, studio and apparatus available for the lesson you have in mind.
Notice what matters to you.
Progress need not be described only by a more demanding movement. It may also be a clearer understanding of an instruction, a more familiar sequence or greater confidence in asking a question. Discuss your priorities with your teacher and revisit them as your practice develops.
